Meet our newbie Linda! She joined our sanctuary on October 9th of this year, accompanied by her friends: Hannah, Lesley, Savanna, Missy, and Evie. They had previously lived on a hobby farm where there was a small flock of sheep.

Her friend Lesley is ten years old, and Hannah is her daughter. The other three sheep (Linda included) had experienced mastitis after giving birth to their first lambs and were unfortunately marked for culling.

Fortunately, the farmer agreed to let them come to our sanctuary instead. Lovely Linda, at just two years old, would have otherwise been euthanised simply because she couldn't nurse her baby.

Linda and her friends are still getting used to their new home, but day by day becoming more confident and comfortable!
